The 2021 turnover reached €63,3 million, returning to pre-Covid levels. We also closed an important enhancement operation related to the sale of the Innovation, Digital Marketing, and Enabling Solutions divisions (business unit Consultancy) to the JAKALA group, one of the leading global players in the MarTech field.

This operation allows us to focus on our Education offer, becoming the only company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange to deal exclusively with education and edutech.

Our founder Riccardo Donadon declared:
