Course Program Overview

This programme aims to give a complete overview on all the basic features of digital marketing, from the analysis of the context in which a firm operates to the best techniques to attract and convert customers.

Learners will be encouraged to draw upon their own commercial and personal experiences where possible to contextualise the theoretical content of the module thereby better. Analytical and evaluative skills will be developed through engagement activities both in class and the online learning materials.

The aim of our courses is to train the innovators and professionals of the future, and to do so we have focused our multi-disciplinary courses around the skills most required by the world of work.

Detailed course program

The programme considers various aspects of contemporary marketing through a digital lens and will provide learners with the opportunity to build their marketing-related knowledge, business understanding and critical thinking.

Throughout this course students will gain a broad skill set: first they will learn to research and manage data, to be able to understand the context in which they will operate and identify possible criticalities. Then they will focus on creativity, to come up with effective solutions and ideas, having special consideration for the customer experience, and finally they will gain the technical skills to bring these solutions to reality.

The students will have the opportunity to test the knowledge they acquired during the final experiential term, using startup methodology to develop their business idea/project or to follow a project inside a firm.
