The first two years of high school have a “basic” structure of 24 lessons, plus the 7 lessons that make up the “H-FARM Pathway”, in addition to an additional 9 lessons of the student’s choice, for a total of 40 lessons per week.
Startup Lab
Study Business and Management by creating, organizing and developing your own startup. An experiential path, from Business Model to Exit, seasoned with theoretical lessons immediately put into practice.
Acceleration Lab
Divided into groups, the students will be assisted by professional mentors from within H-FARM and will work together as if they were a real Startup, to create the project that is assigned to them, which could be an app, a board game, a website, etc.. During the Demo Night, the final event and presentation to the student’s families, teachers and Farmers at the end of the year, the best idea will be selected.
Ignition Lab
One meeting a week with those who have turned their passion into a job: entrepreneurs, artists, marketers, sportsmen, managers and writers. To inspire kids and their dreams.
Human Skills Lab
Students discuss emotional and social issues, guided by professional counselors, and learn how to manage confrontations with others and how to nurture meaningful and positive relationships.
The H-FARM Pathway is a unique offer, inspired and designed looking at the H-FARM model, with a focus on innovation and the creation of transversal skills: the design phases, the organization of a team, the organization of content, the development and presentation of one’s business idea.
Our students have the possibility to discover and deepen their passions with the support of the school. Within the H-FARM campus, school subjects are a chance to cultivate their individual talents.
This is why we have introduced our PLUS subjects, which are selected by students based on what they feel passionate about, and which are combined with two additional optional subjects to complete a personal pathway. We have designed specific extracurricular activities with lessons/smallgroup seminars for each proposal, so that students study the subject in depth and gain expertise through a more hands-on approach, thus giving them a chance to follow their passions and to nurture their talents.
Each subject has 3 weekly lessons
